2.Unsatisfied After Using the Product

We understand that sometimes a product may not work as expected for your skin. If you use the product and do not see visible results, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery by sending us a message on WhatsApp, including:

1.Photo of the product
2.Before and after photos showing your skin after using the product

If it is verified that there are no visible results, you can return the product.
Please note: return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.


3.Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

1.Damaged during delivery, or
2.Incorrect (wrong product sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp, along with:

1.Your order number
2.Clear photos of the item

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products except under the conditions mentioned above. This ensures every item you receive is fresh, uncontaminated, and safe for your skin.
