We do our best to ensure that all product details including descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, minor errors can occur due to human oversight or technical glitches.
If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we strongly recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and consulting with a dermatologist before use. Your skin’s health and safety is our top priority.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice. Promotional offers are valid for limited times and subject to stock availability.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping is available nationwide across Pakistan.
Skincare products: Free shipping.
Other products: Standard shipping charges apply.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, and branding — is the property of Rouge and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rouge shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. All skincare results may vary based on individual skin type, usage, and condition.
